1. Scope
RAEM AI, INC. is an independent software studio operated by Carlos Garcia. This policy applies to raem.ai, the RAEM Creation Brief, FLOW Lite, and RAEM's own social-media publishing integrations.
2. Information we collect
Most pages on raem.ai can be viewed without creating an account or giving RAEM personal information. We collect information when you choose to contact us, submit a Creation Brief, create a FLOW account, use FLOW, or purchase FLOW Lite through the raem.ai store or through Gumroad.
Contact and Creation Brief information
A Creation Brief can include your name, email address, optional phone number, business or project name, industry, build type, workflow problem, system idea, timeline, and budget range. The brief is stored in RAEM's Firebase database and sent to RAEM by email for review. Firebase App Check, anonymous authentication, request-rate controls, and limited technical request information are used to protect the submission system from abuse.
The regular contact page prepares an email in your own email application. RAEM receives only what you choose to send.
3. FLOW Lite data
FLOW Lite uses an account so your information can be available across devices. Firebase Authentication handles account sign-in using your email address and password. RAEM does not receive your plain-text password.
FLOW stores the profile details you provide, such as your name, preferred name, and optional date of birth, together with the financial information you enter manually. Depending on the features you use, that information can include income, expenses, monthly plans, transactions, goals, debt details, tax-planning inputs, preferences, and app settings. This information is stored in Google Firebase/Firestore under your account identifier and is not public.
The public FLOW demo uses sample data and is designed not to save a personal budget. FLOW does not connect to your bank or automatically import bank transactions. Do not enter information you do not want stored in your account.
4. Purchases and payment information
FLOW Lite is currently sold as a $7.99 one-time purchase through two channels: the raem.ai store and Gumroad. RAEM does not see or store full payment-card numbers in either channel.
Purchases through the raem.ai store
Purchases made through the raem.ai store are processed by Stripe. RAEM uses Stripe's Managed Payments service, under which Stripe acts as the merchant of record for those purchases and handles payment processing, receipts, and applicable sales taxes. Stripe's handling of checkout data is covered by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
After a purchase, RAEM emails the buyer's FLOW Lite access key to the email address used at checkout. RAEM uses that email address to deliver the key and to answer questions or support requests about the purchase. RAEM keeps the order reference and a record of the delivery in its own Firestore database, which is not publicly readable. Questions and refund requests for store purchases: build@raem.ai.
Purchases through Gumroad
Purchases made through Gumroad are processed by Gumroad, which handles checkout, payment, taxes, receipts, refunds, and related transaction information.
RAEM receives or verifies limited purchase information needed to provide access, such as buyer email, license status, product identifier, order or sale identifiers, and whether a purchase was refunded or disputed. Gumroad's handling of checkout data is covered by the Gumroad Privacy Policy.
8. Retention
RAEM keeps information only as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, provide support, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Account data remains until the account is deleted or RAEM no longer needs it. Purchase records may need to be retained for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and transaction-history purposes.
9. Data deletion and access requests
You may ask RAEM to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with you. For FLOW account data, Creation Brief information, or social-platform OAuth data, email cgarcia@raem.ai with the subject "RAEM Data Deletion Request." Include the email address or social account involved and enough information for RAEM to locate and verify the request.
RAEM will disconnect applicable social-platform access and delete or anonymize information it controls, unless retention is required for security, payment records, legal obligations, or another legitimate reason. Deleting RAEM-held data does not automatically delete information held independently by Stripe, Gumroad, Google, or a social platform; requests for that information must be made to the relevant provider.
10. Children's privacy
RAEM's services are not directed to children under 13, and RAEM does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact RAEM so it can be reviewed and removed.
11. Policy updates
RAEM may update this policy as its products and services change. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

5. Social platform data and OAuth
RAEM operates its own accounts on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram/Facebook, TikTok, X, and YouTube. RAEM may use self-hosted scheduling or publishing tools connected through OAuth. OAuth is the permission system that lets a tool act on an account without storing the account password.
OAuth access tokens are used only to create, schedule, or publish RAEM's own content to RAEM's own accounts and to perform related account-management actions that RAEM authorizes. Tokens are stored securely and are not sold or used to collect profiles, contacts, messages, or other platform data belonging to unrelated users.
RAEM collects only account identifiers, permissions, publishing status, and limited technical data needed to operate these connections. A platform or user may request removal of connected platform data by emailing cgarcia@raem.ai.
