1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of raem.ai, FLOW Lite, the RAEM Creation Brief, and related RAEM services. By accessing or using a service, creating an account, or purchasing FLOW Lite, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
RAEM AI, INC. is an independent software studio operated by Carlos Garcia.
2. RAEM website and Creation Brief
The public website provides information about RAEM's products and services. Submitting a Creation Brief or contacting RAEM does not create a client relationship, promise that RAEM will accept a project, or guarantee a proposal, prototype, timeline, or price. Any custom build will require separate written project terms.
3. FLOW Lite license
A valid one-time FLOW Lite purchase gives the buyer a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use FLOW Lite for personal use. The purchase is access to the web app, not ownership of the software, source code, brand, or underlying intellectual property.
You may not resell, sublicense, copy, distribute, share paid access, attempt to bypass access controls, reverse engineer the service except where the law expressly permits it, or use FLOW to build a competing product. FLOW System, FLOW Control, and other future features are not included unless expressly identified as included with your purchase.
4. Accounts and access
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. One purchase or access license is intended for one buyer account unless RAEM states otherwise.
RAEM may suspend or terminate access for fraud, chargebacks, refunded purchases, security threats, unlawful activity, misuse, or violation of these Terms. Where reasonable, RAEM will try to provide notice.
5. Payments and refunds
FLOW Lite is currently offered for a $7.99 one-time payment through two channels: the raem.ai store and Gumroad. RAEM does not directly process or store payment-card numbers in either channel. A refund or chargeback may end the associated FLOW access.
Purchases through the raem.ai store
Purchases made through the raem.ai store are processed by Stripe. RAEM uses Stripe's Managed Payments service, under which Stripe acts as the merchant of record for those purchases and handles payment processing, receipts, and applicable sales taxes. Stripe's own consumer terms and policies apply to Stripe-processed purchases.
After payment, RAEM emails the buyer's FLOW Lite access key to the email address used at checkout. Questions and refund requests for store purchases go to build@raem.ai.
Purchases through Gumroad
Purchases, receipts, chargebacks, and refund requests made through Gumroad are processed by Gumroad and are subject to the Gumroad Terms and Gumroad refund policy.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use RAEM services to break the law, harm others, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, probe or attack systems, automate abusive requests, impersonate another person, or access data or accounts without permission. You are responsible for the information you enter and for maintaining your own copies of information you cannot afford to lose.
7. Financial information
FLOW is a budgeting and financial-clarity tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Calculations and estimates can be incomplete or incorrect and should not replace professional advice or your own review. You remain responsible for financial decisions, filings, payments, and records.
8. Service availability and warranties
RAEM services and FLOW Lite are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, RAEM disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
RAEM does not guarantee that the service will always be available, secure, compatible with every device, or free of errors. Features may be corrected, changed, paused, or discontinued. RAEM will make reasonable efforts to maintain purchased access but cannot guarantee permanent hosting or uninterrupted third-party services.
9. Intellectual property
RAEM, FLOW, the website, software, visual designs, text, code, and related materials are owned by RAEM or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Feedback may be used by RAEM to improve its products without payment or obligation, provided RAEM does not publicly identify you without permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, RAEM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or decisions made using the service. RAEM's total liability related to FLOW Lite will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Some locations do not allow every warranty disclaimer or liability limitation, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
11. Third-party services
RAEM uses services such as Firebase/Google Cloud, Stripe, and Gumroad and may link to other websites or social platforms. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. RAEM is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States and the state in which RAEM operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact RAEM and make a good-faith attempt to resolve the issue informally.
13. Changes
RAEM may update these Terms as its services change. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
